Please note: We have a 30-day booking window and a 12-hr cancellation policy.

If classes are greyed out it’s because they fall outside of that 30-day window. If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled class, you will either be charged $15 + GST (in the case of an unlimited pass) or you will lose that class’ credit.

If you would like to purchase a class for a loved one, please select the ‘book a guest’ option when you are reserving the class. This will allow you to book and pay for a loved one! For support in doing so, please email hello@vidacomox.ca and we’ll be happy to walk you through the process.

Conditioning

Spice-o-meter: 4-5 jalapeños

Our CONDITIONING class is a spicy fusion of strength and endurance designed to light up your glutes, core, and full-body strength. Expect higher reps, lighter weights, and a rhythm that keeps you sweating and smiling. We bring the dumbbells, HIIT, tension bands, and good beats—you bring the attitude. Vamos, familia—let’s move, groove, and glow!

What to bring: Clean, indoor shoes. Water bottle. Sweat towel. Mat.*

Strength

Spice-o-meter: 4-5 jalapeños

Our STRENGTH class is all about those powerhouse compound movements—deadlifts, squats, lunges, pushes, and pulls. We lift heavy, and we keep the reps low. Channel your inner athlete, bring that fuego and lift heavy peeps—it’s muy bueno for you!

What to bring: Clean, indoor shoes. Water bottle. Sweat towel. Mat.*

Foundations

Spice-o-meter: 3 jalapeños

New to the workout scene or making a comeback? FOUNDATIONS, perfect for beginners, returners, and anyone who wants to start strong with a little extra TLC. We focus on form, technique, and making sure you feel firme y fuerte (strong and steady). Think of it as a warm welcome into our fitness familia. Todos son bienvenidos—everyone’s welcome!

Barre

Spice-o-meter: 3-4 jalapeños

Barre is a low-impact, high-burn class that blends ballet, pilates, and strength training. We’ll focus on small, controlled movements that tone, stretch, and stabilize. Expect to feel the burn in your glutes, core, and legs — even with light resistance.

Mat Pilates & Strength Fusion

Spice-o-meter: 4 jalapeños

Get ready to lengthen and strengthen in this fun fusion of core-sculpting Mat Pilates and muscle-toning strength work. With feel-good vibes, fiery energy, and just the right amount of spice, you'll leave feeling balanced, strong, and maybe even smiling through the burn. All levels welcome—¡vamos!

Mat Pilates

This mat-based pilates class is designed to lengthen and strengthen. Focus is on stability, mobility, core connection, and a full-body burn using bodyweight and props. Movements are guided by breath to maximize activation and to develop foundational strength. Perfect for all levels, with sequences that build in intensity. A fantastic low impact option for those craving some spice that is gentle on the joints.

Yoga Flow

Spice-o-meter: 3-4 jalapeños

This class offers a creative, energizing approach to yoga. We’ll move with intention, linking breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, and vitality. Expect music, flow, and a good sweat sesh.

Slow Flow

Spice-o-meter: 2-3 jalapeños

Move with intention, breathe with ease. Slow Flow gives you the best of both worlds—gentle rhythm and steady grounding. Blending Vinyasa Flow and Hatha, this class creates space between postures with fewer transitions than a Flow class, and more fluidity than Hatha alone. Accompanied by music to support your practice, Slow Flow is about finding presence, balance, and a little more room to just be.

Yoga Curious

Spice-o-meter: 2-3 jalapeños

Perfect for new and seasoned yogis alike, this class explores common yoga poses and sequences. We’ll move steadily, use props creatively, and break down postures in a fun, low-pressure way. A curious, playful approach that encourages curiosity and experimentation.

Flow to Yin

Spice-o-meter: 2 jalapeños

Start with breath-led movement to warm things up, then ease into longer-held Yin postures to settle the mind. This class blends the energy of flow with the deep release of Yin, leaving you balanced, grounded, and nourished from the inside out.

Recovery

Spice-o-meter: 1 jalapeños

You know you need to stretch—but if yoga’s not your vibe, don’t worry—we got you. Our RECOVERY class blends mobility, stability, and flexibility in a way that feels like a workout. Expect deep stretches, juicy movements, and a whole lotta "ahhhh." Your body will thank you, and by the end, you’ll be feelin’ smoother than a fresh jar of dulce de leche. Mmmm, butter.

Candlelight Yin

Spice-o-meter: 1 jalapeños

A slow-paced, deeply restorative practice that targets fascia and connective tissue. We’ll hold poses for 2–5 minutes to improve joint mobility, flexibility, and inner calm. Great for unwinding, slowing down, and turning inward.

What to bring: Warm layers. Water bottle. Yoga mat.*

Candlelight Restorative

Spice-o-meter: 0 jalapeños

Restorative yoga uses long, supported holds to invite deep rest and release. This class is all about softening — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Perfect for stress relief, nervous system reset, and mindful recovery.

What to bring: Warm layers. Water bottle. Yoga mat.*

*Please note that we offer mats to borrow free of charge. We kindly ask that you wipe them down after each use, using the provided mat spray and cloth, so they can be clean for the next person. Any props or equipment will be provided however if you like to use your own bolsters, blocks, etc. you’re more than welcome to bring your own from home.
