Ola Bel (she/her) is a certified Turn Up Dance Fitness instructor with a natural love for movement, music, and connection—and a deep passion for making dance feel like it's for everyone, not just the people who "know how to move." After years of dance being her personal joy and outlet, she's bringing it forward to share with others in a way that's welcoming, energetic, and unapologetically fun.

Ola is here to help people let go of the idea that you need to be "good" at dance to enjoy it, and replace it with confidence, freedom, and maybe a little sassiness. Her approach is warm, encouraging, and built on the belief that when you move to music you love, in a space that feels safe, something magic happens.

You'll leave her classes feeling empowered, sweaty, and like you just had the best time—because you did.
