Strong

Spice-o-meter: 4-5 jalapeños

This class blends strength and conditioning for a spicy workout that targets glutes, core, and full-body strength. Expect dumbbells, circuits, HIIT, tension bands, and more. Our trainers will keep you challenged, motivated, and moving with great music and upbeat vibes!

What to bring: Clean, indoor shoes. Water bottle. Sweat towel. Mat (optional).*

Strong Circuit

Spice-o-meter: 3-5 jalapeños

This circuit-style class features a mix of strength and cardio stations. With a fun, bootcamp vibe, energizing music, and a focus on building strength and community, you'll explore exercises using medicine balls, battle ropes, kettlebells, and more.  Perfect for all levels—beginners welcome!

What to bring: Clean, indoor shoes. Water bottle. Sweat towel. Mat (optional).*

Barre

Spice-o-meter: 3-4 jalapeños

Barre is a low-impact, high-burn class that blends ballet, pilates, and strength training. We’ll focus on small, controlled movements that tone, stretch, and stabilize. Expect to feel the burn in your glutes, core, and legs — even with light resistance.

What to bring: Water bottle. Yoga mat.*

Wiwa Medicine Movement

Spice-o-meter: 3-4 jalapeños

Wiwa Medicine Movement is a spiritual and physical practice that trainer Monica is excited to share with the community. Rooted in her Colombian culture, this practice utilizes movement and breath to connect with deep emotional, mental, and spiritual energies. Though spiritual in nature, this class is physically demanding, leaving you both sweaty and light-hearted. Recommended for healers and caretakers, such as counselors, social workers, nurses, caregivers, etc.

What to bring: Water bottle. Yoga mat.*

Yoga Flow

Spice-o-meter: 3-4 jalapeños

This class offers a creative, energizing approach to yoga. We’ll move with intention, linking breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, and vitality. Expect music, flow, and a good sweat sesh.

Strong & Steady Yoga

Spice-o-meter: 3-4 jalapeños

A grounded, breath-led practice that builds both strength and calm. We’ll move through a set series of postures with longer holds and steady transitions. This class helps build endurance, focus, and body awareness. No music to allow for a deeper focus on breath.

What to bring: Water bottle. Yoga mat.*

Yoga Curious

Spice-o-meter: 3 jalapeños

Perfect for new and seasoned yogis alike, this class explores common yoga poses and sequences. We’ll move steadily, use props creatively, and break down postures in a fun, low-pressure way. A curious, playful approach that encourages curiosity and experimentation.

What to bring: Water bottle. Yoga mat.*

Candlelight Yin

Spice-o-meter: 1 jalapeños

A slow-paced, deeply restorative practice that targets fascia and connective tissue. We’ll hold poses for 2–5 minutes to improve joint mobility, flexibility, and inner calm. Great for unwinding, slowing down, and turning inward.

What to bring: Warm layers. Water bottle. Yoga mat.*

Candlelight Restorative

Spice-o-meter: 0 jalapeños

Restorative yoga uses long, supported holds to invite deep rest and release. This class is all about softening — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Perfect for stress relief, nervous system reset, and mindful recovery.

What to bring: Warm layers. Water bottle. Yoga mat.*

*Please note that we offer mats to borrow free of charge. We kindly ask that you wipe them down after each use, using the provided mat spray and cloth, so they can be clean for the next person. Any props or equipment will be provided however if you like to use your own bolsters, blocks, etc. you’re more than welcome to bring your own from home.
