How does the waitlist work?
MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE CLASS: As spots become available, our waitlist auto-populates onto the roster. If you are added to the roster, you will receive an email notification, letting you know you've been added. If you receive a notification and no longer wish to be in the class, be sure to either cancel your reservation or reach out to us at hello@vidacomox.ca.
LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE CLASS: Within 24 hours of the class time we use a Waitlist Quick Fill feature which automatically notifies all waitlisted customers via SMS (ie. text) when a spot opens in a public class. The message includes a link to reserve the spot, and the spot is claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. This process starts after the waitlist auto-fill window closes and continues until 5 minutes before class. You simply click the link found in the text message, log in if needed, and book the spot. The same credit or membership that you used to join the waitlist is applied to the reservation. If the spot is already taken, you will be informed and will remain on the waitlist for future notifications.

Check your account by heading to vidacomox.ca/your-account (we recommend using the Chrome browser as it tends to function better than some of the other browsers).
From there simply log-in.
If on your phone, you'll see a drop down menu. Tap that and then tap 'Reservations'. If on your desktop, navigate to the 'Reservations' tab.
Under 'Reservations' you'll be able to view any upcoming classes you've signed up for as well as where you sit in the waitlist if you're waitlisted for any of them and where you sit on the waitlist.
