Co-founder, Personal Trainer and Instructor
Monica Rosenke (she/her) is a HAES-aligned personal trainer with over 25 years of experience, and a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies—on their own terms. Her work is rooted in Health At Every Size (HAES), a philosophy that celebrates body diversity and acknowledges the many social, emotional, and systemic factors that shape our relationship to wellness.
Monica is here to help dismantle the narrow stories we’ve been told about health, movement, and nourishment. Her approach is joyful, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that real change doesn’t come from shame—it comes from love.

sydney fletcher
Co-founder, Life & Business Coach and Instructor
Sydney Fletcher (she/her) has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2015. What began as a way to support her athletic training evolved into a much deeper relationship with the practice—especially after a health challenge in her mid-twenties revealed yoga’s capacity to support healing on every level: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
With over 500 hours of training across a range of styles, including restorative, hatha-vinyasa, and pre/postnatal. Her classes weave together movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and philosophy in a way that feels grounding, creative, and welcoming.

suzanne slattery
Barre Instructor
Suzanne Slattery (she/her) discovered The Barre Method in 2017 through teacher CJ Hendren and has been sharing her love of movement ever since. She supports students of all ages and stages—including those who are pre/postnatal or recovering from injury or surgery—with inclusive, strength-building classes rooted in body awareness and care.
Suzanne is a movement lover, artist, mom of two, and adventurer at heart. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her in the studio (the art one), in the forest, or in the kitchen on her path to becoming a certified vegan chef.

nina zettl
Yoga Instructor
Nina Zettl (she/her) is a soulful and seasoned teacher with over 13 years of experience and 800+ hours of advanced training. Her teaching weaves together breath-led movement rooted in the lineages of Krishnamacharya, Tantra, Vinyasa Krama, Yin, and Somatic Arts.
Originally from the Prairies and now grounded on Vancouver Island, Nina shares yoga as a sacred, living art—an invitation to come home to your breath, your body, and your heart. Her classes are steady, nourishing, and filled with care.

Strength & Conditioning Coach and Pilates Instructor
Ryan Murphy (he/him) is a pilates instructor and strength & conditioning coach who brings over a decade of experience in movement, rehabilitation, and performance. Drawing from his background as a Practicing Kinesiologist, he creates programs that are both purposeful and deeply personal.
Ryan’s approach begins with curiosity and his teaching blends the precision and alignment of Pilates with the power and resilience-building of strength training, helping clients move with more confidence, capacity, and ease.
In his classes, you’ll find a thoughtful balance of challenge and support—designed to meet you where you are and help you grow stronger in both body and mind.

Yoga and Dance Instructor
Heather Evans (she/her/elle) is a yoga and movement practitioner with over 10 years of teaching experience. Her unique style of movement combines her experience and training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and modern dance. In classes with Heather, there is an emphasis on co-creating a safe and inspired container where empowered shifts happen and individuals (re)discover their inner fire and ignite their belief in themselves and what they are capable of.
After neglecting her own self-care and struggling with eating disorders for over 20 years, she took a leap and left her prior nonprofit career to start aligning her work with her soul. Barre, Yoga and Strength Instructor
Mary Lee (she/her) has empowered women through movement and strength training for 25+ years. What began as a side passion alongside careers in the military and corporate PR is now her full-time calling. She leads Barre, yoga, and strength classes and is a certified Menopause Doula, Licensed Menopause Educator, and Women’s Coaching Specialist (Girls Gone Strong + Dr. Stacy Sims). Mary also teaches yoga for traumatic brain injury (TBI) through the Love Your Brain Foundation. Liz Hills (she/her) is a Certified Strength Group Fitness Instructor who is passionate about helping people build confidence and discover their power through movement. She believes lifting weights should feel accessible, fun, and deeply empowering—no intimidation required.
A proud mom of four energetic boys, Liz understands the importance of making fitness fit into real life. She’s here to support you whether you’re stepping into strength training for the first time or aiming to level up your fitness and habits.
After six years in Sechelt, where her career in fitness truly took shape, Liz has returned to the Comox Valley and is grateful to be part of this vibrant community once again. She can’t wait to move, sweat, and grow stronger with you!
