More than a good sweat sesh, expect a personal training session with soul

Your customized workout will be physically, mentally, and personally challenging. ​This is wellness coaching AND a sweat sesh combined. Movement, nourishment, personal growth, and self-care will be key areas that will be addressed with your individualized training plan. You can expect to be called on your self-limiting thoughts, held accountable, and championed to find your inner athlete.

Sessions are 50 min. in duration.

We have 1:1 packages as well as 2:1 packages (in case you want to share the session with a loved one).
